Acceptance
By creating an account or using Repage, you agree to these terms. If you use Repage on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
The service
Repage lets you publish HTML documents to shareable links with comments and version history. We may add, change, or remove features over time. The service is currently provided on an as-is basis.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you publish. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, render, and display that content to the people you share it with. You are responsible for what you publish and for having the rights to publish it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Repage to:
- Publish unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
- Distribute malware or attempt to compromise the service or others.
- Abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent limits of the service.
We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these terms.
Plans & billing
A free tier is available. Paid plans, when launched, will be billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We will publish pricing on the plans page before charging.
Disclaimers & liability
Repage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
Termination
You may stop using Repage at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to comply with law.
