This is a starting-point policy describing how Repage handles data today. Please have it reviewed by counsel before you rely on it.
Who we are
Repage ("we", "us") provides a service for publishing HTML documents to shareable links with comments and version history. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Account data. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile identifier. We do not receive your Google password.
- Content you publish. The HTML documents, projects, comments, and version history you create. Treat anything you publish to a public or password-protected link as accessible to anyone who has that link.
- Usage and diagnostics. Basic logs and analytics (e.g. page views, errors) used to operate and improve the service.
How we use it
- To provide the service — host your documents and render them.
- To authenticate you and secure your account.
- To respond to support and sales requests you send us.
- To monitor, debug, and improve the product.
Service providers
We rely on third parties to run Repage, including hosting and database infrastructure (Vercel), authentication (Google), and transactional email (Resend). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. When billing launches, a payment processor (e.g. Stripe) will handle payment details — we will not store full card numbers.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share content only as you direct (e.g. anyone you give a document link to) and with the service providers above as needed to operate Repage.
Retention & deletion
We keep your account and content until you delete them or ask us to. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at hello@repage.app.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise them.
